    1911 It appears that the mother of Alice LEACH, Mary Ann LEACH who was with the family on the 1911 died in 1911 and that Albert Wade PORRITT was an executor to her will.
    The London Gazette for the 22nd March 1912 has the following entry
    Re Mary Jane LEACH, deceased
    Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vict., c. 35 instituted "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relive Trustees."
    NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims of demands against the estate of Mary Jane Leach, late of 190, Woodhouse-lane, in the city of Leeds, Widow, deceased (who died on the 28th Day of June, 1911, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 4th day of September, 1991, by Thomas Kay, of 1, Rose-street, Brownroyd, in the city of Bradford, and Albert Wade Porritt, of 190, Woodhouse-lane, Leeds aforesaid, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims or demands to John Houison Richardson and Son, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 19th day of April, 1912, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice' and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debts, claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. - dated this 18th day of March, 1912

    There were two children with the name RICHARDSON and the mother's maiden name BRAYSHAW who could be children of this couple
