Chelmsford, Essex, no husband with her but there is one "This record is officially closed" before her, she is down as number 2 and one "This record is officially closed" afte her (She is shown as later being RICKETTS) Daphne I BUCKINGHAM appears to be still alive on the 2003-2010 UK Electoral Roll and living in Manchester In 1945 Vincent is down as Vincent D DAY with mothers maiden name as REYNOLDS in 1961 he is down as Vincent D BUCKINGHAM with mothers maiden name as REYNOLDS, so not certain who his father actually was.
