  1. 1891 Census - "Sea View Inn" Bray Street, St Anne's, Alderney, Channel Islands. They had a servant.
1901 Census - Bray Street, St Anne's Alderney, Channel Islands. Father Nicholas aged 62 a Wine and Spirit Merchant born St Sampsons, Guernsey, Channel Island, mother Mary 56 born Vales, Guernsey, Channel Islands, Walter had three siblings on this Census, there was also a Grandson and a Servant.
1907 Emigration details says that Walter's last permanent address was Guernsey (on the 1930 his parent country is given as France) and he was making his way to Pennyslvania to join a friend a B EDMUND at 557 Broad Street, Pittsburg.
1910 US Census - Not found at present
1920 US Census Place: Pittsburgh Ward 14, Allegheny, Pennsylvania; Roll: T625_1522; Page: 6B; Enumeration District: 545; Image: 833.
1930 US Census Place: Sharon, Mercer, Pennsylvania; Roll: 2077; Page: 3A; Enumeration District: 58; Image: 658.0. Had a daughter Lilian M on the 1930 Census, aged 16. There was a Frances JEWELL aged 16 with the family.
I have put the spelling of COLLONETT with a second O but in most cases in the Channel Islands the name is spelt COLLENETT with an E instead of an O for the second vowel. For ease I have spelt it as it was originally given to me throughout.
  2. 1891 Census - New Church, Milcomb, Oxfordshire. Lydia is down as Harriet Jane on the this Census.
1901 Census - Bulmer? Farm, Brockenhurst, Hampshire.
1907 Emigration details says that Lydia's last permanent address was Guernsey, but her father was Mr HAWKER of Balmer Lawn, Brockenhurst, Hampshire. Which is correct, so she must have been working in Guernsey, met Walter, he went to the US and four months later she followed him. Her final destination is given as Pittsburgh.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
