  3. 1881 Census - Newland Street, Witham, Essex. There were also two other relations with them, an Emily AYRES, sister, aged 48, married, born Dover, Kent and an Alfred W HOLLANDS, aged 13 a nephew, born Farningham, Kent.

  6. 1851 Census - Stone Street, Elmsted, Kent.  Allen was with a family as a visitor called MORFORD and as they were born in Folkstone I think it is likely it was Elizabeth A's parents. Now proved as found on the BMD.

  8. 1841 Census - Military Road, St Mary, Dover, Kent.
  9. 1881 Census - Station Yard, Needham Market, Suffolk. Henry was a Boarder on this Census, aged 17.
  10. 1871 Census - 4 Military Road, St Mary, Dover, Kent.  John was with his Uncle, Henry COLYER and family (see COLYER Chart 0401)
  11. 1881 Census - 9 Alexander Terrace, Prittlewell, Essex,  They had a servant, an Agnes LAPPAY, aged 16 born Hockley, Essex
  12. 1901 Census - 9 Argents Terrace, Barking, Essex.
  13. On the 8th August I received an email message from a Barry Saunders pointing out various errors I had made in the chart above, I have now amended it to take in his comments.
  14. 1891 Census - 48 Lanner Street, Barking, Essex. With Thomas and Minnie COLYER on this Census was a Kate COLYER, sister, down as being 28, so born about 1863, Witham, Essex, occupation down as Ladys Help Domestic
  15. 1901 Census - Watchmakers Shop, Newlands Street, Witham, Essex
  16. 1901 Census - 2 1/2 Dazell? Villa, Boveney, Buckinghamshire. This is definitely the correct family but Census is a bit  difficult to read.

  20. 1919 COLYER John Adams of 41 Jersey-road Strood Rochester died 24 April 1919 Probate London 10 June to Clarinda Colyer widow and George Smith blacksmith. Effects £782 10s. (National Probate Calendar)
