We already had this child on our records as a child of Thomas William COOPER and Frances Sarah MAY. This therefore gives us a new family. The husband of Sarah was not at home on this Census.
    1901 Census - 30 Bloomsbury Road, St Lawrence Intra, Ramsgate, Kent. This is the only Census at present that I have found Thomas.
