    This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen CULVER of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Tailor and Draper being of sound and disposing mind and I knowing first I give and devise unto my beloved wife Jane CULVER and her ??? for and during the term of her natural life if she shall continue by Widow All that my ??? ??? with the Shop Outhouses Buildings Garden Grounds ??? and ??? there run to belonging situate in High Street, in Ramsgate aforesaid and now in my own occupation and ??? lately purchased of and from from John Stroud of Ramsgate aforesaid Carpenter together with all other my ??? and Lands thereunto and ??? to and part and share of ??? ??? ??? ??? ???? and ??? Estate whatsoever and wheresoever with this Appurto and from and immediately after the ??? or in ??? marriage of my said wife whilst she shall first be appoint ??? our and ??? my said

    Proved at London this 25th September 1815 before the Judge by the Oath of Jane Culver widow the relic the sole Executrix to show Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administrator by Commission.
  2. 1830 Will of JANE CULVER (only part at present)
    In the name of God, Amen, I Jane CULVER of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Widow being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do herby revoke all former Wills Codicils and other Testamentary dispositions and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament first I give devise all and every my ??? Lands ??? ??? and Real Lands ??? ??? etc etc.... then unto and to the use of my son Stephen Culver of Ramsgate above said Schoolmaster and my daughter Elizabeth Ann Carter the wife of Thomas Dyer Carter of Ramsgate aforesaid Printer and to their several and respective heirs and a ??? for ever equally to be divided between them a Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants Also I given and bequeath All and ??? my Goods Chattels and Effects debts out and owing to me money securities for money money in any of the Public Stocks or Hands of this Kingdom and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and whatsoever and of what kind or nature soever the same may be or ???sist at the time of my ??? after and subject to the pursuit thereout of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary ??? unto my said son Stephen Culver and my said daughter Elizabeth Ann Carter and to their several and respective Executors Administrator and ??? equally to be divided between them share and share alike and I nominate and appoint my said Son Stephen Culver and my said daughter Elizabeth Ann Carter Executer and Executrix of this my will and Witness wherefor I the said Jane Culver the Testatrix that hereunto set my jand and seal the twentieth day of October in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty Jane Culver L.. ??? sealed published and ??? by the said Jane Culver  the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnessses therto in her presence at her request and in the presence of ??? other W I Wells Sol.r Ramsgate C Rook, Jos . h Nicholls

    This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen CULVER of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Schoolmaster I being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby provoke all former Wills Codicils and other testamentary dispositions and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament. First I give and devise to my beloved wife Marianne Culver and her ??? for and during the term of her natural life if she shall continue my Widow all and every my messuages lands ??? ??? and real estate and all and every my parts and shares of and in any messuages lands, ??? and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever ??? I have power to depose of by Will. I may ?? possessed unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Ann Carter ....... all my personal estate of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever and of what ??? kind or quality that ??? may be (after paying all my just debts and funeral expenses unto my said wife Elizabeth Ann Carter to and for her own use and benefit absolutely And I do hereby make obtain ??? and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Ann Carter sole Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby evoking all former wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
