  1. 1826 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Charles)
1828 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Eliza)
1830 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Elizabeth)
1832 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of George)
There are two children with the name DACOMBE with the father as William and the mother as Susanne in the correct area and the correct time whom I believe are children of this couple. Now found on chart That there should be a Charles, Eliza, Elizabeth and George for this couple, have now found the baptisms for three of them.
  2. 1826 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Charles)
1828 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Eliza)
1830 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Elizabeth)

1846 Wimborne, Dorset (at baptism of William)
1847 Wimborne, Dorset (at baptism of Sarah)
1849 Wimborne, Dorset (at baptism of Elizabeth)
1851 Not found at present (There are two Thomas and Mary KEEPING's on this Census that come up on Ancestry.com I am not happy that either are the correct ones although both born in the correct area, however I am happy with the couple on the 1861 Census, details which follow
1853 Chalbury, Dorset (at baptism of Emily)
1855 Chalbury, Dorset (at baptism of Ann)
1857 Chalbury, Dorset (at baptism of George)
1860 Hinton Martell, Dorset (at baptism of Eliza)
1861 Horse Shoe Farm, Hinton Martell, Dorset.
    1871 Holt Wood, Wimborne, Dorset.
  5. 1826 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Charles)
  6. 1828 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Eliza)
1841 Rowe, Wimborne Dorset Eliza DACOMBE  was living with Isaac's mother, Mary FRAMPTON, Aged 70 occupation sown as Husbandry and she was born in Dorset, as well as Eliza there was a son George FRAMPTON aged 20 a Ag Labourer born in Dorset. I believe that Mary was Isaac FRAMPTON's mother, this family are just above Isaac and Susannah and family.
    1846 Wimborne, Dorset (at marriage)
1846 Holt, Wimborne, Dorset. (baptism of Mary Ann)
1849 Holt, Wimborne, Dorset. (baptism of Eliza)
    1851 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset.
1851 Holt, Wimborne, Dorset. (baptism of Elizabeth)
    1861 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset.
    1871 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset.
1881 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset. With the Levi and Eliz was an Edward HIBBERD aged 9 a Grandson born Wimborne, Dorset a Scholar.
    1891 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset
The charts I was given do not show this marriage, but it appears from a William on DACOMBE chart 0802, but I feel this cannot be correct as he is down as being born in 1775, whereas this William being born in 1802 is much more likely to be the father of the Eliza who is down as being only 19 on the marriage certificate. The chart also shows a Mary with Father as William she is "of Full Age" and at present does not appear on this Chart, but one of the witnesses is Eliza Dacombe, so I do think she should also appear on this chart and I have placed her before Charles which would make her of full age in 1845 when she married, I cannot find a baptism of Mary, but again I think she would not be old enough to be a child of the William on Dacombe Chart 0802  and I think she was born before William and Suzanne married so perhaps she was born as Mary JAMES.
Mary Ann MIDDLETON (daughter of Levi and Eliza) married John HIBBERD in September quarter 1864 in Wimborne district, Dorset. A son of their was with Levi and Eliza on the 1881 Census.
  7. 1830 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Elizabeth) Ancestry had mother as Hannah but it is not readable and definitely longer than Hannah, the charts sent to me did show this child with not details other than born in 1830 so I do believe this is this child.
  8. 1832 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of George)
    1841 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset
1871 Parsonage House, Holt, Wimborne, Dorset. George is down as a Domestic Servant, he is down as unmarried and born in Wimborne, at marriage in 1877 it is stated that he is a widower, if this is indeed true it would appear that his first marriage was between 1871 and 1877
1877 Holt, Dorset (at 2nd marriage) (George is down as a Widower) At present cannot find any trace of 1st marriage)
    1881 Cole Hill, Wimborne, Dorset
    1891 Not found at present
1901 Rowe, Holt, Dorset. Down as married but no wife with him. No occupation shown.
1911 Alms House, Lower Pamphill, Wimborne, Dorset (widower)
    Information for Mary LOCKE
1877 Holt, Dorset (at marriage) (a spinster) Father John LOCKE - Labourer
    1881 Cole Hill, Wimborne, Dorset
  9. 1835 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Charles James)

  10. 1837 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of William)

1861 9 ???? All Saints Southampton. William and his wife were lodgers with a Causole? PHILPOTT a Boot maker and his family.
1871 Portwood? Road, South Stoneham, Southampton, Hampshire, Children William G aged 9 a Scholar born Southampton, Hampshire and Isaac J aged 7 a scholar, born Southampton, Hampshire. With the family was a William H VICK a Boarder a widower aged 54 a Joiner born Scotland.
Information for son William G FRAMPTON
1891 31 Fauant Avenue, Tottenham, Middlesex. William was Head aged 29 a Clerk in Religious Society born Southampton, Hampshire, with his was his wife a Kate aged 25 born Southampton, Hampshire and a son an Arnold W J FRAMPTON aged 5 a Scholar born Tottenham, London. With them was Isabella A FRAMPTON Mother a widow aged 53 a Monthly Nurse born Morden, Dorsetshire and a Mary J C FRAMPTON sister aged 15 a Scholar born Southampton, Hampshire.
  11. 1839 Wimborne, Dorset (baptism of Henry)
    1841 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset
    1851 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset
1861 North Street, Wareham, Dorset. Henry was a Lodger with a Charles SCUTT aged 64 a Labourer bor Wareham, Dorset and his wife and family.
1873 Wimborne Minster, Dorset (at marriage)
    1881 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset
1871 Rowe, Wimborne, Dorset. With Henry and Dinah is a William LONG down as son-in-law aged 31 a Potsman born Wimborne, Dorset and queried a Fanny LONG (the census then had Dau? aged 29 born Wimborne, Dorset. (I do not think it is a daughter of Henry FRAMPTON, LONG was Dinah's maiden name, so must be connected there somewhere, Fanny can be the husband of William LONG as she is two years younger than him, So was William LONG really a son of Dinah before she married Henry, hence the son in law next to his name, and Fanny is indeed the wife of William LONG but the dau? is incorrect. On this particular census page the Dau? appears five time and I have not seen it before, so perhaps the enumerator forgot to fill in the details at the time and went over it afterwards filling in what he thought the relationship was.
    Information for Dinah LONG
1873 Poole, Dorset (at marriage) Father Job LONG (Deceased)

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
