1851 Census - 28 Herberts Road, Southwark 1861 Census - 7 Pheasant Cottages, Lambeth, Surrey 1875 8 Catherine Street, Vauxhall, London (baptism of John Joseph Richard Higgs) 1880 12 Horse and Groom Court, Southwark, London (baptism of Albert) 1887 Tabard Street, Bermondsey, Southwark, London (baptism of Walter) 1891 Census - 90 Wickham Street, Lambeth Surrey. (I am certain I have found the family on this Census but they show as MANAGER. Ages as per 1901 Census for John, Elizabeth and Charles and John is a Tin Plate Worker and they are in the same road as they are in on the 1901 Census). Three children on this census. John 14 a Carman, Charles 14 an Errand Boy and Lawrence 11 a Scholar. There was a lodger a James COLLINS aged 22 a Fish Curer born Limehouse with the family. 1901 Census - 1 Wickham Street, Lambeth, Surrey. John and Elizabeth was in the same house as a Charles EDERMANIGER who was 24 and his family Maria his wife and two children, Elizabeth 3 and Charles 1. I would think therefore that Charles was a son of John.
