  1. 1851 Census  - 28 Herberts Road, Southwark
1861 Census - 7 Pheasant Cottages, Lambeth, Surrey
1875 8 Catherine Street, Vauxhall, London (baptism of John Joseph Richard Higgs)
1880 12 Horse and Groom Court, Southwark, London (baptism of Albert)
1887 Tabard Street, Bermondsey, Southwark, London (baptism of Walter)
1891 Census - 90 Wickham Street, Lambeth Surrey. (I am certain I have found the family on this Census but they show as MANAGER. Ages as per 1901 Census for John, Elizabeth and Charles and John is a Tin Plate Worker and they are in the same road as they are in on the 1901 Census). Three children on this census. John 14 a Carman, Charles 14 an Errand Boy and Lawrence 11 a Scholar. There was a lodger a James COLLINS aged 22 a Fish Curer born Limehouse with the family.
1901 Census - 1 Wickham Street, Lambeth, Surrey. John and Elizabeth was in the same house as a Charles EDERMANIGER who was 24 and his family Maria his wife and two children, Elizabeth 3 and Charles 1. I would think therefore that Charles was a son of John. Also in the same property was a Mary A FLEMING aged 25 born Bethnal Green, London and down as single and her son Albert 11 months born Lambeth, Surrey.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
