  1. 1871 Census - Railway Tavern, Stow, Huntingdonshire
1881 Census - Granges Cottage, Thrussington, Leicestershire
1891 Census - Cley Lane, Desford, Leicestershire. It would appear that Charles has married yet again and his new wife has had another four children on the 1891 Census and a further three by 1901. The age of Emma is difficult to determine. It would appear on the 1891 Census that she is 30 but the 0 could be an 8, on the 1901 the age was originally put down as NK but this has been changed to 48. Having found the marriage date I do not know where Charles Alfred FAIREY fits in, Charles's second wife had died, but before 1883 and he did not marry his third wife until 1885, so there is a query here.
1901 Census 59 St Michael Avenue, Belgrave, North West Leicester, Leicestershire
  2. 1871 Census - Railway Tavern, Stow, Huntingdonshire
  3. 1881 Census - Granges Cottage, Thrussington, Leicestershire
  4. 1891 Census - Cley Lane, Desford, Leicestershire.
1901 Census 59 St Michael Avenue, Belgrave, North West Leicester, Leicestershire
1911 Census  - Market Harborough district, Leicestershire. Emma appears to be head of household as no Charles with her but I have not looked at actual transcript. Only two children with her Nathan and Elsie which confirms correct family as second names are given, however Emma is down as being born in 1867 which again varies from the dates I have for her from previous censuses.
  5. 1871 Census - Railway Tavern, Stow, Huntingdonshire
1881 Census -  Long Stow, Huntingdonshire. Charles Henry was with his grandfather on this Census.
1891 Census -  High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire
1901 Census - The Lodge House, Church Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire
BMD, birth details. This is why we have gone for FAIREY, he appears with FARRY on the 1901 census in Warboys and FAREY on the 1891 but these both might be the interpretation of the handwriting.
  6. 1871 Census - Railway Tavern, Stow, Huntingdonshire

  17. 1901 Census 59 St Michael Avenue, Belgrave, North West Leicester, Leicestershire
1911 Census  - Market Harborough district, Leicestershire. Emma appears to be head of household as no Charles with her but I have not looked at actual transcript. On the BMD all the children are down as FAIRY with no E, so I think the name should really be FAIRY not FAIREY.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
