    1901 Spring Gardens, (Great Central Railway Station), Gainsborough, Lincolnshire as a Boarder
    1911 Eastoft Road, Crowle, West Riding of Yorkshire as married but no wife present. (She was living in Grimsby with two of their children and two of her brothers). Boarding with them was Herbert David HUNSLEY (26) single Labourer born Peat Moss, Crowle, Lincolnshire. A Visitor was Ida Genison FRETWELL (3) born Appleby, Lincolnshire, daughter of Robert FRETWELL (although not at home he had signed the  census form which contained details of his wife and children)
    However, No Doris FRETWELL birth was found in the Grimsby District. There was a Doris Gertrude born in Eccleshall Bierlow District, West Riding Yorkshire, an area connected to other members of this family. The pages of the actual index for the December quarter 1914, all of 1915 and the March quarter 1916 have been checked.
    More research required.

    On the 1911 census Ada is shown as having 3 children, all surviving.

    Living with them were Ada's brothers Robert WARD (13) School and Charles WARD (6) both born Great Grimsby, Lincolnshire
    Information for Snowden CLARK
    1911 Cross Street, Crowle, Thorne, Yorkshire. Snowden CLARK was 13 a Painter Apprentice, Born Crowle, Lincolnshire, his father was also Snowden CLARK born 1875 a Plumbers Labourer born Crowle, Lincolnshire, his mother was Florence Ann born 1874 Crowle, Lincolnshire and they had been married 13 years. Siblings of Snowden were Harry aged 10 School born Crowle, Lincolnshire and Harold 3 born Crowle, Lincolnshire.

    I think there were at least two children for this family
