  1. 1871 Census - 73 Wood Street, Peterborough, Northamptonshire
  2. 1881 Census - 37 Wood Street, Peterborough, Northamptonshire.
  3. 1891 Census - 9 Russell Street, Peterborough, Northamptonshire. They had a son Bertie who is down as being 5 and born in Peterborough, Northamptonshire, this is about four years before they married. I would think as he was born in Peterborough it was a child of Harriet's. (ie not necessarily a son of Jarvis although that is what is shown on the Census). Another Chart needed.
  4. 1901 Census - 231 Benwell Road, Peterborough, Northamptonshire. I am certain this is the correct Jarvis, he is down as being born in 1868 in Gosberton, Lincolnshire and is a Blacksmith, he is down as married and is the only Jarvis GRAHAM that comes up on Ancestry.com. He is with a family John Smith, is the Head, he is 55 a Blacksmith born in Shirland, Derby, Jarvis is down as Stepson, which is what makes it interesting. John's wife is a Charlotte, aged 59 born Quadring? Lincolnshire, also in the household is Sarah H SMITH, aged 22 a daughter, a Music Teacher, born Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire, a James  JARVIS, stepson, aged 28 a Moulder, born Gosberton, Lincolnshire, John T JARVIS, stepson, aged 27 a General Labourer, born Gosberton, Lincolnshire, Edwin G Steward, grandson, aged 9, born Peterborough, Northamptonshire. There was also a boarder, an Arthur Lee, aged 22 a General Labourer, born Baldock, Hertfordshire. BUT no Harriet and Bertie. Cannot find any trace of either Harriet or Bertie on this Census.
  • The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
