  1. Parents: George J Cutting Hobart, Born 1843 in Norfolk and Caroline Walker Born 1842, Married 1866
1871 - 8 Purfleet, Road, Lynn, Norfolk. - Everything fits in Williams father is a George R who is 28 and a Painter, Caroline is his wife, she is 29 and born in Lyn and there is William who is 2 and then - he is down as being born in Lynn, not is London as on the 1881 Census. I still think this is the correct family.
1881 - Littleport Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk - There is a William HOBART of the correct age living in Kings Lynn on the 1881 Census. I think it is the correct one, as one of the children - George - was down as being born there. His mother is a Caroline (no father at home, but she is not down as widowed) she is 39 born Lyn, Norfolk. Her occupation of Painters wife has been crossed through, then there is William, aged13 born London, then Isabella 10, Caroline 7 and Henry 2 all born Lynn, Norfolk. I would think this is the most likely family for William.
1891 13 Chapel Street, Boston, Lincolnshire
1901 51 Pullerslophe??? Lane, Boston, Lincolnshire (again I cannot really read the name of the Lane, I think it is the same enumerator each time and he is using a very black pen which all goes into each other)
1911 27 Maud Villas Pulvertoft Lane Boston, Lincolnshire
  2. 1871 1 Aslugs?? Court, Boston, Lincolnshire
1881 2 Reans??? Court, Boston, Lincolnshire. Isaac is down as married but Eliza is not with him on this Census.
1891 13 Chapel Street, Boston, Lincolnshire

Judith MORRIS in her notes to me about this family says that George went to Australia and married a Grace HOBART (no relation, just the same surname)
  5. 1901 51 Pullerslophe??? Lane, Boston, Lincolnshire (again I cannot really read the name of the Lane, I think it is the same enumerator each time and he is using a very black pen which all goes into each other)

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
