    1881 Census - 171 To 173 New North Rd, Shoreditch, London. Employed by a Joseph GOODWIN a Draper, there were his wife, six children, two servants and two Drapers Assistants with the family.
    1891 Census - 2 Ranger Terrace, Sandy Place, Sandy, Bedfordshire. Florence Lavinia EVERSDEN was his assistant aged 23 a Milliner (Dress) born Eversley, Cambridgeshire, but the 1901 Census he had married her and had four children. There was also a servant, a Mary Jane RUSSELL aged 15 a Domestic, General born Stempford, Bedfordshire.
    1901 Census - 2 Ranger Terrace, Sandy Place, Sandy, Bedfordshire. There was also a Maud MATTHEWS aged 16 a Servant with the family.
    Possibly married also in 1889 as there is another marriage for a David William IBBETT in Bedfordshire.
