(COLEMAN appears to have been Harriet's maiden name so the two COLEMAN lodgers with her were possibly her brothers, next door at number 10 I would think was also a brother as he was Amos COLEMAN aged 37 a Railway driver born Brede, Sussex, with his wife Mary aged 38 born Bognor, Sussex and children, Charles aged 14 a Scholar born Bognor, Sussex, Jessie 12, a Scholar born Bognor, Sussex, George aged 7 a Scholar born St Leonards, Sussex, Albert aged 5 a Scholar born St Leonards, Sussex, John aged 3 a Scholar born Hastings, Sussex and Mary I aged 2 months born Hastings, Sussex.

There was a Lodger a Fred HAMMONDS aged 25 a Police Constable born Parish of Wish? Well?, Kent

    Note
Why did William LAKER and his wife Lucretia HARROD both on probate name Gertrude Kate PLUMMER. I looked for Frank Norman PLUMMER and he married Gertrude K LUDLOW in December quarter 1933 in Lewisham district, London. And I have solved it. On the 1891 Census for Lucretia HARROD there is a step sister, Gertrude FLAY aged 1 born Battersea, London. Shewas born Gertrude Kate FLAY and she married June quarter 1906 Croydon district, Surrey a Ernest George LUDLOW. Ernest George must have died and she married again a Frank Norman PLUMMER so their will relates to Lucretia's step sister.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
