  1. 1841 Census - Chorben? Street, Regents Park, Middlesex.
1851 Census - Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, Essex. I think this is the right Joseph and Hannah, with the was a Hannah MICKLEFIELD grandaughter aged 10 born London and a Scholar.
  2. 1841 Census - Chorben? Street, Regents Park, Middlesex.
1851 Census - Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, Essex. I think this is the right Joseph and Hannah, with the was a Hannah MICKLEFIELD grandaughter aged 10 born London and a Scholar.
1861 Census - Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, Essex
  3. IGI information. MICKLEFORD being an unusual name I think this baptism in Chelmsford is the correct one,
  4. IGI information. MICKLEFORD being an unusual name I think this baptism in Chelmsford is the correct one,
  5. IGI information. MICKLEFORD being an unusual name I think this baptism in Chelmsford is the correct one,
  6. IGI information. MICKLEFORD being an unusual name I think this baptism in Chelmsford is the correct one, His parents are down as Joseph and Hannah MICKLEFIELD. There are three other children for Joseph and Hannah on the IGI, Hannah born 6th September 1807, baptised 25th October 1807, Joseph, born 28th September 1809, baptised 11th February 1810 and John born 10th January 1810 , baptised 10th May 1812, all baptised at the First Meeting House, Baddow Road, Chelmsford, Essex. A new Chart needed for this family.
1839 15 Racquet Court, Fleet Street, London - Father Joseph MICKLEFIELD - Taior
1841 Census - Chorben? Street, Regents Park, Middlesex. Charles was 10 months old and his father was a William not born in Middlesex which is correct, he is down as being 30 but they round ages up and down on this census to at least the nearest 5 years. They do not really show a wife. The person below William MICKLEFIELD is an Elizabeth (and it looks like MUVELL, she is down as being 25) Then there is Charles. The person above William is a Louisa JONES who is down as being 25 and above her her husband Thomas JONES a Cowkeeper. I wonder if Thomas had died by 1851 and he had married Louise who in turn died by the 1861 Census.
1851 Census - 94 Mary Street, Regents Park, St Pancras, Middlesex. Charles was 10 and a Scholar. His father, aged 37, a Tailor Journeyman, born Chelmsford, Essex and his mother Louisa, aged 40 born Brighton, Sussex. No other children on Census. There was a Robert YOUNG, a visitor, aged 24 a Journeyman Tailor born Nottingham, Notts with the family.
1861 Census  - 94 Mary Street, Regents Park, St Pancras, Middlesex. Charles was with his father a William MICKLEFIELD who was a widower, aged 46 a Tailor and born in Chelmsford, Essex. There was a servant, an Eliza HAYTER aged 47, born Cowes, Hampshire and a lodger an Ellen CHAPLIN, unmarried, aged 16 and born in Easthampstead, Berkshire.
1871 Census - 60 Stanhope Street, St Pancras, Middlesex.
1881 Oak Villa, Crescent Road, South Weald, Brentford, Essex.
1891 Oak Villa, Crescent Road, South Weald, Brentford, Essex.
1894 There is the following entry on the England and Wales National Probate Calendar
MICKLEFIELD, William Fayres of Colchester gentleman died 17 December 1894 Probate Ipswich 22 February to Charles Edward Denton solicitor and Charles Evelyn Fayres Micklefield commercial traveller Effect £1343 4s 10d.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
