  1. 1881 Abinger, Surrey. Abel and family were lodgers with a Jasper STILL, a widower.
    1891 Abinger Hammer, Surrey
1901 The House, Woodham Walter, Essex,. Benjamin was a servant with a Reynolds MOORETON aged 66 a retired R.V.born Fairford, Gloucestershire and his wife Gertrude aged 53 born East Hall, Kent. There were two other Servants.
1911 23 The Dene Abinger Hammer Dorking, Surrey. His wife is not with him but I have deduced from a female on the BMD born in September quarter 1914 that he married Charlotte WIBREW, she had by the 1911 Census been married six years and had had four children all four living although only three appear on this Census, so perhaps she had just had the fourth child away from home. With the family was a Boarder an Arthur John BICKETT aged 25 a Gardener Domestic born Cubbington, Buckinghamshire. (Now found wife and proved I have correct couple)
  2. 1901 The Vicarage, Ulting, Maldon, Essex. Her father was John WIBREW aged 46 a Gardener born Ulting Essex, her mother was Ellen WIBREW aged 50 born Little Baddow, Essex, Siblings Ellen aged 14 born Ulting, Essex, and John aged 7 born Ulting, Essex.
1911 Brockley Cottages Ulting Maldon, Essex. Charlotte was visiting her parents on this Census. She is down as a Visitor and daughter, With her is Arthur OVERINGTON Grandson aged 3 months born Abinger Hammer, Surrey (this proves I have the correct person for the marriage of Benjamin). Charlotte's family is down as John WIBREW aged 56 a Jobbing Gardener born Ulting, Essex, Ellen aged 60 born Little Baddow, Essex and John son aged 17 a Blacksmith's Striker born Ulting, Essex.

  8. I have now changed the Charts, so the main heading duplicates the name on the Chart ie OVERTUN, OVERTON, OVERINGTON etc - there are lots of variants. However all the link boxes are OVERTUN and the list in the Index are all spelt OVERTUN. This is so that all the names are in one position and in order in the contents list.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
