    Information for William Henry CLAWSON
    William Henry "Bill" Clawson, 90, of Burley, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2010 due to complications of pneumonia.
    He was born in Murtaugh, Idaho to Claus Christian Clawson and Katie Nielsen Clawson on Nov. 10, 1919. He married Dorothy Paloma Poulton in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Oct. 4, 1939. She passed away on March 10, 2009. His son, Lloyd, passed away Oct. 10, 2004.
    He is survived by Steve and Marion Clawson of Copenhagen, Denmark, Debra and Anthony Terry of American Fork, Utah, Kathy and Glen Dilworth of Burley, Idaho, Dan Clawson of Boise, Idaho, Michelle and Tony Bringhurst of Modesto, California and Kara and George Veater of Coarse Gold, California; 34 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
    He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was assigned to the Pacific Theater. He served in the Philippines and occupied Japan.

    In Memory of Laura Pearl Horejs 
    Laura Pearl Poulton Horejs, passed away peacefully at her home on June 22, 2009. She was born July 19, 1926 in Oakley, ID. Upon graduating from High School, she attended Albion Normal School. She taught in schools in Gooding and later, taught at CSI in the ESL program. Laura served in many callings in her church, as Relief Society President, Stake Young Women's President, and she taught seminary for 11 years. Her gentle spirit and love were felt by all who met her. On June 1, 1948, Laura married her beloved husband, Francis (Bud) Horejs. They were companions for 61 years. To their union were born five children, John (Elaine) Horejs of Phoenix, AZ, Douglas Horejs of Salt Lake City, UT, Valorie (Spencer) Williams of Twin Falls, ID, Paula (Andrew) Skidmore of Alexandria, NY, and Lance Horejs of Newport News, VA. Also surviving are her 26 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, her sister Barbara (Louis) Durfee of Gooding, ID. Beverly (Margaret) Poulton of St. George, UT, Calvin (LuAnn) Poulton of Vernal, UT, and Marvin (Gaynell) Poulton of Alpine, UT. Her parents, Wesley and Mary Mormon Puckett Poulton, brothers, James (Melba) Poulton, Gail (Ethel) Poulton, and sister, Paloma (William) Clawson preceded her in death. Funeral Services for Laura will be held Monday, July 6, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the LDS Church,  on Hankins Road, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Twin Falls, Idaho. Visitation for Laura will be held Sunday, July 5, 2009 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, ID and Monday, July 6, 2009 from 9:30 -10:30 a.m. at the church. All services and arrangements are under the direction of the Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls, Idaho.

    Obituary
    Born in Preston, ID to Mary Puckett and James Wesley Poulton.
    He loved camping with his family and friends. He served in the US Navy aboard the Submarine Gudgeion in Korea. He fufilled an LDS Mission and was an active member of the LDS Church. While attending BYU he met and married Daphne Stuart (later divorced). After graduating from the U of U he taught elementary school. He later moved his family to Guam, where they taught school and he received his Masters degree. They traveled extensively in Asia and attended Expo 70 in Japan.
    Lee passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2009. He resided at 476 South 200 East in St. George, Utah at the time of his death.
    Preceded in death by siblings, Ted, Gail, Paloma, and Laura. Survived by his children, Craig (Nikki), Mindy (Scott), Mike, and Scott; thirteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
    Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. George Fourth Ward Chapel, with a viewing prior.
    Interment: Oakley, Idaho Cemetery.
