There is a William RILEY living by himself at this address born in 1851 in Mountnessing, Essex. I would have discarded this at not the right William, but he is down as married, married 38 years which is correct and having had 12 children which is also about correct. So what happened to the rest of the family if this is the correct person and why is he living in London as a Printers Messenger when he has been a Coachman for rest of his life.
