    Information from Bob FEARS 2011
    Thomas STEMP death registered 1879-2 Guildford age 62 and the Will Transcript shows he died 14 April 1879 and was a beerhouse keeper of Chertsey Street, Guildford and widow Eliza. Local directories show he was at the "Spread Eagle" now known as "Guildford Tup" - I remember the "Spread Eagle".

    It has been a job to prove that the James in Hersham actually belonged to this family, there are several family tree on ancestry that connect him to other families, as one of the witnesees at his married was a Richard SELDON the husband on one of his sister I do think that we have finally connected him to the right family.
