    Why did Charles leave his property to Jane LAWRENCE. In an attempt to find a connection research was carried out to see if Jane was connected to the STILL family in any way. The findings are below and show no links. The only intruiging fact is that the money left to Jane by her husband is practically the same amount Charles left to her.
    There was actually a Jane LAWRENCE death in the Edmonton District December quarter 1943 age 74...so born 1869

    Death for a John LAWRENCE born 1872 between 1911-1943 = March quarter 1930 Edmonton District age 58 (there were lots of John LAWRENCE deaths in the Edmonton District but the age of this one looked right.
    And it is....John LAWRENCE of 49 Sixth Avenue, Bush Hill Park, Enfield, Middlesex died 29 January 1930 at North Middlesex Hospital, Edmonton, Middlesex. Administration London 10 February to Jane Lawrence widow Effects £358. 3s 4d....
    ........and in Charles Henry STILL's will he left Effects £353. 11s. 1d to Jane LAWRENCE...nearly an identical amount....and he lived in Bush Hill Park too.
