    1891 Census - 8 Carr Street, Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. There was a Richard B ALDERSON a nephew aged 14 a Solicitors Office Boy born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire with John and Hannah on this Census.
    1901 Census - 8 Carr Street, Cleckheaton, Yorkshire.  Richard B ALDERSON is down as the head on this Census he is 24 and a Engineering Draughtsman for Metallic Packaging. John and Hannah are down as Uncle and Aunt.
    (Have found Richard ALDERSON on the 1881 Census in Carr Street, Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. I was hoping that his mother would tie up with one of the children above, but she is down as being a Sarah ALDERSON born about 1846 Schole, Yorkshire, which does not tie up with the above. The father was James aged 40 a Card Setter, born Blackburn, Lancashire and Richard had two other siblings, Susannah 7 and Arthur 6)

Edith 10 a Scholar, George W 8 a Scholar, James E 6 a Scholar, Annie L aged 4 a Scholar and Joseph L aged 2 a Scholar all born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire.
    1881 Eddercliffe, Liversedge, Yorkshire. Lydia has a servant a Sarah CLACK single aged 23? born Noewport on Tees. (There is some confusion as following Lydia and Sarah are three people down as son and daughters call Jonas, Sarah and Emma PICKLES but I do not think they have anything to do with Lydia, and Sarah the servant is down as being single)
    1901 Sans Rems, Poulton, Bare and Torrisholm, Morecombe, Lancashire. Lydia was head a Widow Living on own means born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire, she had a servant a Dorothy S CLARKE aged 33 born Newport, Yorkshire.  (Lydia was living next door to her sister Emma)
    1911 107 Balmoral Road, Morecombe, Lancashire. Joseph Lambert was Head aged 32 with him was his mother Emma a Widow no occupation and his Aunt Lydia WADSWORTH a Widow aged 70 all born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. Lydia has put herself down as having been married five years, so I assume her husband died five years after marriage and therefore Joseph died in 1876

Emma was Head a widow aged 51 born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire,  there was an Agnes LISTER a Boarder, a widow aged 50 born Bradford, Yorkshire and Mary LISTER aged 26 single born Bradford, Yorkshire. Emma was living next door to her sister Lydia.
    1911 107 Balmoral Road, Morecombe, Lancashire. Joseph Lambert was Head aged 32 with him was his mother Emma a Widow no occupation and his Aunt Lydia WADSWORTH a Widow aged 70 all born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. Emma is down as having had five children, all of whom survive at the date of this Census.
