With his is Sarah Jane Mother aged 59 a Widow born Wombourne, Stafford, Edward aged 21 Brother born Wombourne, Staffordshire, Lily aged 18 Sister born Wombourne, Staffordshire and a Harry SIMMONS nephew aged 7 (also down as Grandson) born Wombourne, Staffordshire (I think Sarah Jane Mother originally filled the form in and relationships were put down for her but her son George Was down as Head so original relationships have been crossed through and substituted with Brother, Sister and Nephew from Son Daughter and Grandson.
