  1. WILL OF ROBERT WHITTLESEY
    In the name of God Amen! I Robert Whittlesey of Woodhurst in the County of Huntingdon being weak in Body but of sound Mind Memory and Understanding Do Make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I Give Devise and bequeath unto my Son Richard Whittlesey and his Heirs for ever All that my House and Homestall with the Appurtenances wherein I now dwell, with the Bed and Bedding that I now lye on & Bedstead And also I Give to him three Mares one Cart one Waggon, one Fallow Plough one Feeding Plough with the Shares Coulter Gears and All other Implements thereto belonging I Give and Bequeath to my son Robert the Bed and Bedding & Bedstead in the Parlour Chamber and the Bedstead belonging to this Chamber with the Chair and also two Mares I Give and Bequeath unto Ann, the Wife of Robert French the Bed and Bedding in the Chamber over the Parlour Chamber and the Chairs thereto belonging. I Give and Bequeath to my sons John and William two Bushels of Wheat and two Bushels of Barley each. I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson Robert the sum of five Pounds to be paid to him by my son Richard when he becomes of Age or sooner if he should stand in need. And Lastly I Give and Bequeath unto my said son Richard All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate Crop upon the Ground Sum and Sums of Money due and owing to me from any Person or Persons whatsoever paying my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the said Legacy of five pounds to my Grandson Robert And I nominate my said son Richard full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereoff I the said Robert Whittlesey the Testator have hereto set my hand and seal this second day of December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred and Sixty five
