USA, birth place given correctly as Croydon, Surrey and birth date of 24th May 1875 ties in with the year we had for his birth. (Now found on 1910 US Census)
    1919 Samuel crossed the border of Canada to Buffalo USA in April 1919. Gives relative as Brother George, South Norwood, Surrey, England (had been serving in Canadian Forces)
